My job is to help you develop such a plan by identifying and building on strengths you already have, helping you create new ones, and determining what (if anything) has been standing in your way to achieving your goals. Together, through individual sessions and phone consultations, we will conquer roadblocks and gain ultimate success.
For those with a particular health problem or need such as weight management, smoking cessation, pain management, dealing with a chronic or life threatening illness or recovering from one, specific techniques such as clinical hypnosis can be a useful adjunct towards reaching goals.
